2.) Prepare for Your Session
Before your appointment, I’ll email you a link to complete a brief intake form so I can get an overview of your health history.
Then, prior to your session, I’ll send you a link to a secure video platform where we’ll connect. All you’ll need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and internet access.
3.) Your Virtual Evaluation
During your first visit, I’ll ask about your symptoms, medical history, and goals. We’ll go over any specific concerns you have, and I’ll guide you through some movements and stretches to assess your condition. You’ll receive real-time feedback on your form and progress.
4.) Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on the evaluation, I’ll create a customized treatment plan with targeted exercises, stretches, and tips to address your condition. You’ll be guided step-by-step through each exercise during the session, and I'll give you tips to ensure you’re doing them correctly.
5.) Video Sessions & Exercise Support
I’ll demonstrate the exercises during our video sessions, and you can perform them while I observe. I’ll make adjustments to your technique as needed and answer any questions.
After the session, you’ll receive a detailed exercise program that includes instructional videos and written instructions that you can refer back to at any time. You’ll also have direct access to me for any follow-up questions.
6.) Ongoing Support & Progress Monitoring
We’ll meet regularly through video calls to track your progress, modify your exercises, and make sure you’re staying on track. You’ll also have access to me via email or messaging for ongoing support between sessions.
No need to commute. You can receive high-quality care from home, your office, or anywhere with internet access.

Yes! Research shows that Telehealth is just as effective as in-person care for many physical therapy treatments, especially with the right guidance. I’ll give you real-time feedback during video sessions to ensure your exercises are performed correctly.
What if I have trouble with the technology?
No worries! If you need help setting up or running into any issues, I’m here to walk you through it. We’ll make sure the technology is easy for you to use before we begin.
