Are you struggling with persistent low back pain or sciatica, characterized by sharp shooting pain, numbness, or tingling down your leg? Identifying the specific cause of your symptoms is essential for effective symptom relief. Fortunately, Dr. Ryan is equipped to help determine the root cause of your discomfort so that you can heal promptly!
Knee pain can result from various factors, including: injury, arthritis, and/or overuse. Dr. Ryan's thorough evaluation process assesses what the primary root cause of your symptoms is, in order to properly provide interventions that can relieve your discomfort. These may include a combination of strengthening, flexibility, and range of motion through targeted exercises and other techniques. Additional guidance on proper movement patterns and lifestyle modifications are also provided to comprehensively reduce pain and prevent future flare ups.
Shoulder pain can manifest in various ways, including sharp or dull aches, stiffness, and limited range of motion. It may result from injuries, overuse, or conditions like rotator cuff tears, bursitis, or arthritis. Common symptoms include difficulty lifting the arm, discomfort during certain movements, and pain that radiates down the arm. Dr. Ryan has helped hundreds of patients regain function of their shoulders and arms over the past 6 years, so they can return to living a pain-free life.
Arthritis can affect various joints in the body, including the knees, hips, shoulders, spine, and feet/ankles. It occurs when the cartilage that cushions the joints deteriorates over time, often due to a combination of inactivity, age, genetics, nutrition, previous injuries, & wear and tear. Fullington Physical Therapy reminds each patient that the health of an arthritic joint CAN improve with consistent exercise and mobility. We are here to guide you for maximum symptom reduction and avoidance of unnecessary surgeries.
Ryan listened to my concerns, displayed an impressive level of knowledge, and was very professional. Every session was customized to my evolving need. I'm an anxious person who doesn't trust strangers easily. He quickly earned my trust, made me feel comfortable working with him, and encouraged me to keep challenging myself physically. The progress that I was able to make in 6 weeks was incredible and has given me parts of my life back. The greatest gift was getting confidence in my body back, priceless.
I would 100% recommend using Ryan Fullington for any physical therapy needs!
Dr. Ryan is genuinely amazing. He helped me recover from a shoulder injury I got during work and I was able to recover in just a couple weeks!
Dr. Ryan is amazing at what he does! He is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Ryan for knee pain that was to the point I was thinking I needed knee replacement in the near future. After working with Dr. Ryan a few months, my knees are pain free and my strength and flexibility are way better than I ever expected! He is encouraging, truly cares about his patients and is fun to work with! Thanks, Ryan for making a difference in the lives of your patients
Excellent experience. Careful thoughtful diagnosis. Made huge progress with my sciatic nerve pain because of Ryan!
I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Fullington. At my first visit, Ryan developed a special exercise routine for me to help alleviate my back pain which I had been suffering from for months. Within a few visits as he continued to work with me, my pain subsided and I began to heal and feel stronger. Ryan is very thorough and patient and cares about helping you not only feel better but heal as well.
Ryan is an excellent physical therapist. He has been patient and consistent. I would definitely Recommend him to anyone.
I have had the unfortunate luck to need 3 knee replacement surgeries. Ryan worked with me to help me be able to be stronger and function more normally. He is so good. He encouraged me to work hard, often through the tears and pain. I have come out on the other side of these operations healthier and stronger in both mind and body. I have been to other Physical Therapy offices and they were much less personal and adaptive to my needs.
